How do I care for my candle?
We recommend you trim your wicks closely to the surface of the wax before burning. This ensures even burn and prevents excess wood from falling into your wax pool.

My candle broke in shipping!
We use glass jars, which can, unfortunately, be fbroken in shipping. We make every effort to package our candles as best we can, but we cannot control what carriers do with them after we send them out. If your candle is broken, contact us immediately to replace it, free of charge.
